Configuration controls the presets of the pressure governor as well as button press
durations.
It may be accessed by any user and will not require password protection.
The
configuration menu shall accommodate the following setting changes:
(d)
Diagnostics.
The diagnostics function allows the user to view a detailed listing of the errors that
have occurred with the system.
The errors shall be logged for 255 engine starts from the first
occurrence before being removed from the list.
It may be accessed by any user and will not
require password protection.
The diagnostics screen shall list the following information:
The user shall have the ability to scroll through the error code list, activate the OK button on a
highlighted error code and view a detailed description of that error code.

Calibrations.
The calibrations function may only be accessed if the service password has been
entered.
The calibrations function allows the user to adjust the software-coded variables that control the
sensitivity of the system.
The calibrations screen shall have the following variable changing
abilities:

SVC Mode Password.
The service mode password function will allow the user to access
password protected screens by inputting the correct 5-digit code.

Buzzer Duration - The user may choose a continuous, one second, two second, or
five second (default) buzzer duration upon an event that initiates an audible alarm.
Button Hold - The user may choose a one second (default), two second, or five
second button hold duration upon an event that requires a button hold.
Preset Pressure - The user may set a preset pressure ranging from 0 to 300 psi
(0 to 2,069 kPa).
A preset pressure of 150 psi (1,034 kPa) is default.
The user must
confirm a change in the preset pressure if changed.
Preset Output - The user may set a preset output to the pump displacement
solenoid ranging from 0% to 60%.
A preset output of 50% is default.
The user must
confirm a change in the preset output if changed.
Mid - This ID code shall display the source of the error (ECU, cab display, pump panel
display).
Code - This code shall list a 4-digit component identifier code that will identify what part or
system has failed.
It should also include a 1-digit failure code that explains how it failed
(short, open, etc.).
These codes shall be listed together and separated by a dash
(ex: XXXX-X).
Occurrences - This shall list the number of times this error has occurred.
First - This shall list the initial time, based on a time scale, of when the error first occurred.
Last - This shall list the final time, based on a time scale, of when the error last occurred.
Active - This shall list if the error is still active.
An “X” will be used to define an active error
and a “-” will be used for a non-active error.
Imin - The user may adjust the minimum current sent to the pump displacement solenoid.
Imax - The user may adjust the maximum current sent to the pump displacement solenoid.
Proportional - The user may adjust the proportional variable of the PID loop gain.
Integral - The user may adjust the integral variable of the PID loop gain.
Differential - The user may adjust the differential variable of the PID loop gain.
