on rotating PUMP PTO drive shaft, causing damage to equipment or serious injury
or death to personnel.

CAUTION
Engine must be at idle before engaging PTO.
Failure to comply will result in
damage to PTO and/or transmission.

NOTE
Hydraulic oil must be over 125° F (52°C) before performing Step 86.
Hydraulic oil
temperature may be observed at either cab pressure governor control or pump operator’s
panel pressure governor control (WP 0017).

Step 86.
Turn Engine Off (TM 9-2320-422-10).
Remove pump house panel H (WP 0339).
Start
Engine (TM 9-2320-422-10).
Put PUMP PTO switch to on position (WP 0004).
Put cab
TANK TO PUMP switch to on position (WP 0004).
Enable pressure governor control at
either cab or pump operator’s panel (WP 0017).
Allow hydraulic system to warm to
125º F (52º C) or greater.
Check if fan 1 and fan 2 operates when hydraulic oil heats to
125º F (52º C) or greater.

If fan 1 and fan 2 do not operate, troubleshoot Hydraulic Heat Exchanger
Fan(s) Do Not Operate (WP 0056).
