• If display shows GO, there is a bad connection
in the starter circuit. Check cables and con-
nections to starter and retest. If display still
shows GO, then you may have a very poor
battery. Charge battery and retest.
• If display shows .9.9.9.9 there may be a bad
connection on a battery. Clean and tighten
battery connections and retest.
• If display shows E013 three consecutive times,
or – – – –, or .9.9.9.9 after a battery has been
charged, replace battery (WP 0122 00).
• If display shows – – – –, or .9.9.9.9, a battery
may be in a discharged state. Check battery
electrolyte level, charge battery, and then
retest (TM 9-6140-200-14).
• Is resistance change less than above limit?
• Value of 50 milliohms/sec is displayed.
