Secure anti-sail bracket (4) and mud flap (3) to semitrailer using four new locknuts (1), washers (2),
and screws (5).

Follow-On Tasks.
1.
Connect semitrailer to prime mover.
2.
Remove tire chocks and ground boards.
3.
Raise landing legs.
