Deck screws must be ordered separately, they are not

part of a kit.

General Procedure:

a. Removal.

1.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 6-5/8” wide floor board (1) and remove floor board (1) from

semitrailer.

2.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (2) and remove floor board (2) from

semitrailer.

3.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 3-5/8” wide floor board (3) and remove floor board (3) from

semitrailer.

4.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (4) and remove floor board (4) from

semitrailer.

5.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (5) and remove floor board (5) from

semitrailer.

6.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (6) and remove floor board (6) from

semitrailer.

7.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (7) and remove floor board (7) from

semitrailer.

8.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 7” wide floor board (8) and remove floor board (8) from

semitrailer.

Remove flat head screws (9) from 6-5/8” wide floor board (10) and remove floor board (10) from

semitrailer.
