To troubleshoot the M969A3 filter/separator, perform the test/inspections and corrective actions provided

in Table 1.

Verify all valves are set per

fuel operations schematic

on tool box lid (refer to WP

0007 00).

Set valves per schematic on tool

box lid (refer to WP 0007 00). If

valves are already set per fuel

operations schematic, go to

step 2.

Check reading of

filter/separator gage.

If gage reads 17–25 psi (117–

123 kPa), replace clogged fuses.

Verify problem is solved. If gage

is in normal range, troubleshoot

centrifugal pump.
