LUBRICATION CHART AND DIAGRAMS

Refer to Table 1 for the lubrication chart. Intervals are based on normal operation. Adjust to compensate for
abnormal and severe conditions or contaminated lubricants. During inactive periods, intervals may be extended
commensurate with adequate preservation. Locations of lubrication points on semitrailer are shown in Figure 1.
WARNING
Solvent cleaning compound MIL-PRF-680 Type III is an environmentally compliant and low toxic
material. However, it may be irritating to the eyes and skin. Use protective gloves and goggles. Use
in well-ventilated areas. Keep away from open flames and other sources of ignition. Failure to do
so may result in injury or death to personnel.
2.
Before lubrication, clean fittings using cleaning compound. Dry before lubricating.
3.
Re-lubricate after washing or fording as necessary.
