WARNING
After installation, check for proper emergency operation, service operation, and brake adjustment.
Failure to comply could cause injury to personnel and damage to equipment.
CAUTION
Removing the bottom-most plug will allow the spring chamber to breathe and allow for drainage of
condensation. Spring brake longevity will be adversely affected if the bottom-most plug is not
removed. All other vent holes must be plugged. Additional plugs (Part Number 999 90 28) can be
purchased from your local Haldex Anchorlok distributor.
Remove bottom-most vent hole plugs from mounted spring brakes (Figure 20 and Figure 21).
