CONDITION/INDICATION

Can trailer main harness wire 1012-2 be repaired?

DECISION

Repair - Repair wire 1012-2 (WP

0055). Go to (Step 8 - Do front side markers lights, rear side marker lights, and

rear marker lights operate?) to verify problem is solved.

No Repair - Replace trailer main harness (WP

0059). Go to (Step 8 - Do front side markers lights, rear side marker

lights, and rear marker lights operate?) to verify problem is solved.

STEP 5

Does test equipment pass offset test?

1.

Have assistant turn OFF lights. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

2.

Have assistant turn engine start switch to OFF. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

Connect button probe cable red and black leads together.

4.

Perform ICE Offset Test 91.

CONDITION/INDICATION

Does test equipment pass offset test?

DECISION

Yes - Go to (Step 6 - Is continuity measured across wire 1012B between diode assembly connector, terminal 5 and

rear junction box?).

No - Test equipment failed offset. Contact your Supervisor.
