Pin the trailer turntable, refer to TM 9-2330-342-10 (WP
0190).
4.
Drop a plumb line (Figure 2, Item 1) from center of tow ring (Figure 2, Item 2) to floor and mark point of contact
on floor with chalk.

Drop a plumb line (Figure 3, Item 2) from center of two spindle covers (Figure 3, Item 1) to floor and mark two
points of contact on floor with chalk.

Distance A and B must be within 0.125 in. (3.18 mm) of each other.

Measure distance A and B from mark on floor under tow ring (Figure 4, Item 2) to marks on floor under spindle
covers (Figure 4, Item 1).
