Perform Step (1) if locking gate was removed.
1.
Install locking gate (Figure 9, Item 6) on drawbar (Figure 9, Item 4) with roll pin (Figure 9, Item 5).

Install chain (Figure 10, Item 2) on adjusting pin (Figure 10, Item 4) with cotter pin (Figure 10, Item 1).
