ISO Lock Assembly.

WARNING

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors,

and are harmful to skin and clothing. Keep away from open fire and use in well-ventilated

area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately

with soap and water. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Apply sealing compound to threads of four screws (Figure 3, Item 5) and install ISO lock clamp (Figure 3, Item

3) on ISO lock base (Figure 3, Item 4) with four screws (Figure 3, Item 5), lockwashers (Figure 3, Item 2), and

nuts (Figure 3, Item 1). Tighten nuts to 280 lb-ft (380 N·m).

INSTALLATION

Install ISO lock (Figure 4, Item 1) on bracket (Figure 4, Item 2) with gravity lock hitch pin (Figure 4, Item 3).
