Procedure
Brake pedal is spring-loaded. Before work-
ing in driver’s compartment, block vehicle
tracks and release parking brake.
Coat ratchet teeth with grease (item 20, appx C) and
lubricate controls with CLP (item 8, appx C).
Clean breather and check oil level.

Remove fan deck grille.
Dry cleaning solvent (SD2) is toxic and
flammable. Wear protective goggles and
gloves and use only in well-ventilated area.
