cylinders (1).
Weigh cylinders. Replace cylinders if they have
lost more than 1 lb (0.45 kg) from their fully
charged weight as recorded on inspection tag.
If charged weight is within allowable limits, re-
cord date and weight on inspection tag.
Clean and check discharge nozzles (2) and con-
trol valve (3).
Pull discharge handles (4) to ensure that cables
and controls operate smoothly.
Install wire seals (5).
Install CO
2
cylinders (1).
Check all fuel lines and tighten connections if
loose or leaking, Replace damaged lines and
fittings.
Replace elements in low-pressure
and
high-
pressure fuel filters. Replace fuel filter for
driver’s personnel heater. Refer to page
2-1098. Replace fuel filter for coolant heater
assembly. Refer to page 2-1056.
