Remove eight hexagon capscrews (1) ,

eight Iockwashers (2), and reservoir ac -

cess cover (3) .

If damaged, remove reservoir access

cover gasket (4) .

Remove hexagon capscrew (5), lock -

washer (6), and cab cleanout access

cover (7) .

Remove 20 hexagon capscrews (8), 2 0

Iockwashers (9), and hydraulic reservoi r

access cover (10) .

If damaged, remove reservoir access

cover gasket (11) .

Remove six hexagon capscrews (12), si x

Iockwashers (13), and hydraulic reservoi r

access cover (14) .

If damaged, remove reservoir cover

gasket (15) .

Remove two hexagon capscrews (16) ,

two hexagon capscrews (17), fou r

Iockwashers (18), and metal cab grill e

(19) .

Remove six hexagon plain nuts (20), six

hexagon capscrews (21), and six lock -

washers (22) .

Remove tow winch electrical guard (23 )

and tow winch cable mechanical guar d

(24) .

lNSPECTION/REPAIR

Check for broken, damaged, or missin g

parts .

Repair is by replacement of authorize d

parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-2) .

Install tow winch cable mechanical guar d

(24) and tow winch electrical guard (23) .

Secure with six new Iockwashers (22) ,

six hexagon capscrews (21), and six hex -

agon plain nuts (20) .

Install metal cab grille (19) and secur e

with four new Iockwashers (18), tw o

hexagon capscrews (17), and two hex -

agon capscrews (16) .

If removed, install new reservoir cover

gasket (15) .

Install hydraulic reservoir access cove r

(14), six new Iockwashers (13), and six

hexagon capscrews (12) .

If removed, install new reservoir access

cover gasket (11) .

Install hydraulic reservoir access cove r

(10) and secure with 20 new lockwash -

ers (9) and 20 hexagon capscrews (8) .

Install cab cleanout access cover (7) an d

secure with new Iockwasher (6) and hex -

agon capscrew (5) .

If removed, install new reservoir access

cover gasket (4) .

Install reservoir access cover (3) an d

secure with eight new lockwashers (2 )

and eight hexagon capscrews (1) .

Wipe up any spilled hydraulic fluid t o

prevent injury to personnel .

Fill hydraulic reservoir. Refer to page 2-8.
