Connect hose to opening and generato r
air duct. Secure with clamp .

Remove tape from engine oil filler ca p
and auxiliary drive fill and level caps .
g .
Check lubricant level in engine, transmis-
sion, and auxiliary drive .
h. Check DD Form 1397 for oil viscosit y
used .

Install engine cover .
2-5. CHECKING UNPACKED EQUIPMENT .
a .
Inspect the equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If the equipment has bee n
damaged, report the damage on DD Form 6, Packaging Improvement Report .
b.
Check the equipment against the packing slip to see if the shipment is complete. Repor t
all discrepancies IAW the instructions of DA PAM 738-750 .
c.
Check to see if the equipment has been modified .
