STEERING CONTROL CONNECTING LINK (RISER LINK TO TRANSMISSION SHAFT LINK)

REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 3)

REMOVAL:

1.

Using wrench, remove two bolts (A).

2.

Remove connecting link (B).

3.

Inspect rod end bearings (C).

NOTE

If rod end bearings must be replaced,

perform steps 4 and 5.

4.

Using two wrenches, loosen two jamnuts (D) and

remove two rod end bearings (C).

5.

Using two wrenches, install new rod end bearings

(C).
