Check voltage regulator.

Has voltage regulator been replaced?

1.

Replace voltage regulator

(WP 0230 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.

B3Y

1.

Replace generator (WP 0227 00 or WP 0228 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.

1.

Check vehicle charging system.

2.

Does your carrier have a 100 amp charging system?

CYN

1.

Install plug C4 to regulator jack.

2.

Front main wiring harness circuit 2

or 2A for 200 amp systems damaged.

3.

Notify your supervisor.

1.

Install regulator on regulator plate.

2.

Remove eight nuts (1), washers (2), and screws (3) from master

switch panel (4). Pull panel away from distribution box (5).

3.

Measure resistance between front main harness circuit 3

terminal (6) on circuit breaker (7) and ground.

4.

Does multimeter read 0 ohms?

C2YN

1.

Replace generator-regulator circuit

breaker (WP 0231 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.
