REPLACE FINAL DRIVE FILLER TUBE AND DIPSTICK — Continued

Remove nut (7) from elbow (8).

Remove vent tube (9) from elbow (10).

5.

Remove filler tube (2) and vent tube (9) from final drive (6).

6.

Remove elbow (10) from final drive (6).

7.

Loosen nut (11). Remove elbow (8) and preformed packing (12) from final drive (6). Discard packing.

INSPECT AND REPAIR

1.

Check parts and housing for cracks, damage, and wear. Replace as needed.

INSTALLATION

WARNING

Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These

compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you

dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.

Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.

Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.
