REPLACE COMMANDER’S SEAT AND POST (M1064 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Hold seat lock in unlocked position. Install seat assembly (14) on post (3).

2.

Align nut (13) with post (3). Secure with new lockwasher (12) and screw (11).

3.

Align link (7) with post (3). Secure with screw (10), washer (9), and new locknut (8).

4.

Place post and seat assembly (14) in carrier. Align link (7) with hull top plate brackets. Secure with screw (6), washer

(5), and new locknut (4).

5.

Align base of post (3) with hull crossmember. Secure with two new tablock washers (2) and screws (1). Bend tabs on

washers to secure screws.

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Install rifle rack (WP 0493 00).

2.

Install commander’s platform (WP 0491 00 or WP 0492 00).
