REPLACE MAP BOARD (M577A2 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Pass four hangers (16) through four D-rings (13) and align hangers on map board (3). Secure hangers with eight screws

(15) and new locknuts (14).

2.

Install four hooks (12) on four D-rings (13) and chains (11). Squeeze both ends of hooks to secure.

3.

Install four hooks (10) on four chains (11). Squeeze on end of hooks to secure.

4.

Align four brackets (8) on map board (3). Secure with four screws (9).

5.

Install two springs (7) on four brackets (8).

6.

Install two clamps (2) on two bulkhead stops. Secure with two washers (6), spacers (5), bolts (1), and new cotter pins (4).

7.

Place map board (3) on right bulkhead mounts. Secure with two clamps (2) and bolts (1).

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Start engine (see your -10).

2.

Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).

3.

Stop engine (see your -10).
