REPLACE RAMP LINKAGE (M1064 ONLY) — Continued

Remove cotter pin (1), headed pin (2), and clevis (3) from cross-shaft arm (4). Discard cotter pin.

5.

Remove clevis (3) from rod (5).

6.

Remove rod (5) and three bumpers (9) from carrier.

7.

Remove three bumpers (9) from rod (5) as rod is pulled from carrier.

8.

Remove cotter pin (10), headed pin (11), spring (12), two washers (13), and latch (14) from arm (4). Discard cotter pin.

9.

Remove pin (15) from latch (14).

10. Bend back keys. Remove four screws (16), key washers (17), two support blocks (18), and arm (4) from rear bulkhead.

Discard key washers.

11. Remove two screws (19), lockwashers (20), washers (21), trip plate (22), and washers (23) from hull top plate. Note

position and number of washers (23) removed. Discard lockwashers.

12. Bend back key corner and remove screw (24), square washer (25), and catch (26) from ramp. Discard square washer.
