WARNING

Damaged slings can fail when loaded. Breaking slings can strike and injure personnel.

Suspended load can fall and crush personnel.

Inspect all slings before use. Do not use damaged slings. Clearly mark all damaged slings

as DAMAGED - DO NOT USE.

Align traverse lock pin with groove in cupola (1). Install commander’s cupola (1) on carrier top deck ring.

NOTE

Rotation of cupola after installation should require no more than 150 lb-ft (204 N·m) torque.
