DISASSEMBLY
WARNING
Metal chips and grinding dust can cause eye injury. Wear goggles and gloves.
1.
Remove and discard broken hinge part (1) or (2) from hatch mounting ring (3) on hull.
2.
Useamachinist’shammerandacoldchiseltochipoffremainingpart of bad hinge (1) or (2) from hatch mounting ring
(3) on hull.
3.
Use a disc sander to sand chipped area smooth and remove any hard coating from weld area.
