Remove two screws (1), washers (2), and channel divider (3) from battery box frame (4).

Remove four screws (5), eight washers (6), and battery box frame (4) with four frame mounts (7) from battery box

support (8).

5.

Remove four frame mounts (7) from battery box frame (4). Discard mounts.

6.

Remove three nuts (9), six washers (10), three grommets (11), and screws (12) from rear of battery box (13). Discard

grommets.

7.

If damaged, remove rubber bumpers (14) from battery box (13). Discard bumpers.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

1.

Clean battery box by soaking in mixture of sodium bicarbonate and water. Dry parts and apply coating.
