Remove two screws (16), locknuts (17), four washers (18), and block (19) from hull bracket. Discard locknuts.
CLEANING
1.
Check spring.
2.
Check bumper.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.
Replace broken or weak spring.
2.
Replace bumper that is cut, hard, or has stripped threads.
