REPLACE RAMP CYLINDER — Continued

INSTALLATION
WARNING
Hydraulic fluid is poisonous and can be absorbed through your skin. Wash off any hydraulic
fluid that contacts your skin. Read the hydraulic fluid warning in the front of this manual.
1.
Apply thin coat of adhesive to surfaces of boot (1) and cylinder (2). Allow adhesive to become tacky and install boot on
cylinder.
2.
Align cylinder (2) with hull bracket. Secure with clevis pin (3) and new cotter pin (4).
3.
Install nut (5) and post (6) on cable (7).
4.
Install nut (8) on cylinder rod (9).
5.
Thread post (6) on cylinder rod (9). Secure with two nuts (5) and (8).
