REPLACE 5.0 KW AUXILIARY POWER UNIT BULKHEAD-TO HULL FUEL
SUPPLY HOSES (M577A3 AND M1068A3 ONLY)

Install strap (12) on fuel supply hose (13).
9.
Install elbow (10) in bulkhead and secure with jamnuts (9), and (11).
10. Install sleeve (14) and jamnuts (9), and (11) on fuel hose (7) and connect fuel hose to elbow (10).
11. Install nipple (3) in bulkhead crossbeam and secure with jamnut (4).
12. Inst a l l t wo ne w sl e e ve s (16), a nd (15) on fue l hose (1), a nd c onne c t fue l hose (1) t o e l bow (10) i n bul khe a d a nd t o ni ppl e (3)
in bulkhead crossbeam. Secure with jamnut (8).
13. Secure fuel hose (6) to personnel heater fuel hose (1) with two straps (5).
14. Connect fuel hose (2) to nipple (3).
FOLLOW--THROUGH STEPS
1. Open auxiliary power unit fue l shutoff valve (see your - 10)
2. Conne c t ba t t e ry ground l e a d (W P 0338 00).
3. St art a uxiliary power unit (se e your - 10). Check all fittings for l eaks. Turn auxiliary power unit off.
4. Inst all power plant rear access panel (WP 0439 00).
5. Inst a l l ri ght front fl oor pl a t e (W P 0539 00) or (W P 0544 00).
6. Inst a l l pe rsonne l he a t e r duc t (W P 0706 00).
7. Ra i se a nd l oc k ra m p (se e your - 10).
8. St op e ngi ne (se e your - 10).
