If required to allow access, loosen attaching hardware at hinge points (7). Remove four bolts (5) and tilt table top (6).

Remove three self-locking nuts (11), flat washers (12), bottom mounting plate (10), top mounting plate (9), ball (1), and

three countersunk capscrews (8) from table top (6). Discard self-locking nuts.
