(Long test leads may be needed for some tests;

Engine access door open (TM 9-2350-311-1 O)

16 AWG wire may be used as an extension.)

Transmission access doors open (TM 9-2350-311-1 O)

Driver’s instrument panel released (para 8-1 7)

1.

Disconnect buikhead-to-drivers instrument

panel wiring harness from main light switch.

2. Place red lead of multimeters in socket F (lead

15) and black lead to ground.

3. Turn MASTER switch ON and check for

voltage.

4. Turn MASTER switch OFF.

Repair or replace lead 15 of

bulkhead-to-driver’s instrument

panel wiring harness (para 8-50).
