COMMON TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

For authorized common tools and equipment, refer to the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE),
CTA 50–970, or CTA 8–100, as applicable to your unit.

The tool kit assigned to the mechanic for performance of maintenance procedures is the Artillery and Turret Mechan-
ic’s Tool Kit (SC 5180–95–CL–A12). Other tools required for performance of unit level maintenance procedures are
identified in the initial setup with a reference to Appendix H, Tool Identification List.

SPECIAL TOOLS, TMDE, AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
Special tools required for unit maintenance of the cab are listed in Appendix B, the Maintenance Allocation Chart, for infor-
mation only. This list is not to be used for requisitioning parts.
Special tools can be ordered using the information contained in the Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL)
(TM 9–2350–311–24P–2). Fabricated tools required for unit maintenance of the cab are listed in Appendix
E, Illustrated
List of Manufactured Items.
