REMOVAL – Continued
8. Install mechanical puller on right side of transmission to push steer tie shaft (29) to left until free of the right end
bearing (30). Remove steer tie shaft (29). Remove right end bearing (30) from steer tie shaft.
9. Remove snap ring (31) and ring gear (32). Discard snap ring.
