1. Remove advance flyweight adjusting ring (A),

flyweights, and oil control housing from flyweight

housing as an assembly.

2. Disconnect and remove flyweight extension helical

springs (B) from flyweight extension.

3. Remove flyweights (C) from adjusting ring.

Note.

Note position of flyweights as they must

be installed in their original position to assure

proper operation.

4. Separate adjusting ring (A) and remove from oil

control housing.
