bending by maKIng a cover to protect
the o¼l cooler fIns while mechanics
work on the engIne. You need a piece
of 3½in plywood cut liKe so:

board to prevent splinters¿
Ào Use it, remove eyeÁhooK seals and
slip it over the two lifting rings and
Lay it flat on the oil cooler Âa»e. The
rings will prevent it Âo» sliding into
the raised hood.
The board stops air ¸Ãow so never
use it whiLe the engine is ruÄning. ´tÅll
cause the engine to overheat. AÆer use,
replace eyeÇhook seals and check fÈr
bent cooler fins.
