Side Armor
(Left Side)
a. Inspect wheel well blast deflector for
damage, loose, or missing mounting
hardware.
Any wheel well blast deflector is dam-
aged or mounting hardware is loose or
missing.
b.Inspect wheel well blast deflector
frame for areas of rust or corrosion.
Any corrosion where area is unsound
and small pin holes are present, or a
rusted through condition is present.
c.Inspect A-pillar and B-pillar armor
panels and door assembly for damage,
loose, or missing mounting hardware.
Any side A-pillar and B-pillar armor or
door assembly is damaged or mounting
hardware is loose or missing.
d.Inspect A-pillar and B-pillar frames
and door assembly frames for dam-
age, loose, or missing mounting hard-
ware.
Any corrosion where area is unsound
and small pin holes are present, or a
rusted through condition is present.
e.Inspect door ballistic glass mounting
hardware for damage, loose, or miss-
ing mounting hardware.
Any ballistic glass mounting hardware
is damaged, loose, missing, or mounting
bolts are loose or missing.
f. Inspect exterior surface of door ballis-
tic glass for rock chips, cracks,
scratches, pitting, any damage that
expose glass below the first layer,
cloudiness, or any stickers that impair
vision.
Rock chips, cracks with spider webbing,
scratches, pitting, or damage in the exte-
rior layer of ballistic glass that expose
glass below the first layer, cloudiness
that impairs vision.
