Treatment of clean, bare aluminum to
impart a protective oxide coating. Class
1A coatings provide maximum protection
against corrosion when left unpainted and
superior adhesion when paint systems are
applied.
Powder form has an inde±nite shelf life until
mixed with deionized (DI) water.
Class 3 coatings are intended for use as
a corrosion preventive ±lm for electrical
and electronic applications where lower
resistance contacts are required.
The pens provide a clean and easy-to-use
method for applying chemical conver-
sion coatings. Ideal for touching-up small
surface areas.
