HEU HOSE ASSEMBLIES “AT”, “AU”, “AV”, FITTINGS AND COUNTERBALANCE

VALVE “DC” REPLACEMENT (Sheet 3 of 4)

INSTALLATION:

NOTE

Remove all caps and plugs as necessary during installation.

1.

Position counterbalance valve “DC” (A) and use socket and ratchet to install four mounting bolts (B).

2.

Place new preformed packing (C) on elbow (D). Use adjustable wrench to install elbow (D) into

“

V2” port on counter

balance valve “DC” (A).

3.

Use adjustable wrench to install tube “AV” (E) onto elbow (D).

Position new preformed packing (C) on elbow (F) and

install elbow (F) onto tube “AV” (E).

4.

Place new preformed packing (C) on elbow (G) and use adjustable wrench to install elbow (G) into “V1” port on

counterbalance valve “DC” (A).
