HEU VALVE BANK ASSEMBLY CONTROLS REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)

INSTALLATION:

1.

Install control bracket (L), use 9/16 inch wrench to install three screws (J) and three new lockwashers (K).

2.

Manually start rod (F) in control bracket (A).

3.

While tapping rod (F), install five control levers (G) as shown.

4.

Using long round nose pliers, install two washers (B) and two C-clips (A).

5.

Place ten links (E) into position.

6.

Manually install ten straight pins (D).

7.

Using long round nose pliers, install ten C-clips (C).

8.

Manually screw five knobs (H) onto control levers (G).

9.

Operate each control lever (H) to insure proper operation (TM-10).
