REMOVAL
CAUTION
Plug all openings to prevent dirt from entering transmission. Damage may occur if dirt or dust
enters transmission.
1.
Disconnect wire (Figure 1, Item 1) from transmission oil temperature transmitter (Figure 1, Item 8).
2.
Remove screw (Figure 1, Item 2), lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 3), and clamp (Figure 1, Item 4) with wire
(Figure
1, Item 7) from transmission flange (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard lockwasher.
3.
Tie wires (Figure 1, Items 1 and 7) clear of transmission (Figure 1, Item 6).
