Install new gasket (5) on new solenoid protector (9).

Route solenoid receptacle (11) through hole in solenoid protector (9), and install receptacle (11) on

solenoid protector (9) with nut (10).

8.

Install solenoid protector (9) on cover plate (3) with six screws (8).

e. Installation

1.

Install two spacers (23) and pneumatic controller (30) on mounting plate (33) with four screws (24).

2.

Install mounting plate (33) with pneumatic controller (30) on cab floor (32) with three screws (22).

NOTE

Wrap all male threads with antiseize tape before installation.

3.

Install elbows (25) and (29) and relief valve (27) on pneumatic controller (30).

4.

Connect lines (26) and (28) to elbows (25) and (29).

5.

Connect connector (31) to solenoid receptacle (11).

FOLLOW-ON TASKS:

Install pressure transducer (para. 3-453).

●

Start engine (TM 9-2320-272-10) and check

operation.
