Install two universal joint bearing caps (7) and universal joint (6) on lower steering column lower

section (5).

Install two universal joint bearing caps (4) and universal joint (6) on lower steering column end (1).

Install four snaprings (2) on four universal joint bearing caps (4) and (7).

Install two grease fittings (12) on universal joints (11).

Install grease fitting (13) on lower steering column upper section (3).

Install new felt seal (10) and new retainer (8) on lower steering column lower section (5).

Install lower steering column lower section (5) on lower steering column upper section (3).

Slide felt seal (10) and retainer (8) forward to steering column upper section (3) and bend tabs (9)

down.
