Install hydraulic elevating cylinder crossover tube (16) on control valve adapter (12).

Install control valve elbow (18) on hydraulic control valve adapter (11).

Install hydraulic oil reservoir crossover tube (17) on control valve elbow (18).

Install control valve cover (20) on gondola (10) with five screws (19).

NOTE

If new crane control valve is being installed, fittings from old

crane control valve may be used. Two side control plates and

base may be used. Fittings must be cleaned and inspected for

cracks and stripped threads.

During installation, make sure all hydraulic lines are connected

at their marked locations.

Install control valve (1) on gondola (10) with four screws (9) and new locknuts (8). Tighten

screws (9) 44-61 lb-ft (60-83 N•m).

Install two hydraulic hoist motor flex lines (7) on control valve adapter fittings (2).

Install two hydraulic crowd cylinder flex lines (6) on control valve adapter fittings (3).

Install two hydraulic swinger motor flex lines (5) on control valve adapter fittings (4).

Install control valve tube (14) on hydraulic swivel valve flex line (15) and hydraulic control valve

adapter (13).
