Attach two utility chains to gondola (5).

Attach lifting device to two utility chains.

NOTE

Assistant will help with step 3.

When positioning gondola, guide all hydraulic lines through

opening.

Lift gondola (5) to turntable side plate (2) and install with twelve screws (4) and new locknuts (3).

Tighten screws (4) 44-61 lb-ft (60-83 N•m).

Remove two utility chains and hoist hook from gondola (5).

Install gondola guard (1) on gondola (5).

Guide hydraulic swivel valve flex line (8) through hole in gondola (5).

Install six hydraulic flex lines (11) on gondola (5) with three clamps (9) and new locknuts (10).

Install hydraulic tube (6) on elevating cylinder crossover tee (12) and control valve flex line (7).
