1.

Install four boom tracks (8) to inner boom (9) with one hundred and four screws (7) and apply coat

of GAA grease to four boom tracks (8).

2.

Using arbor press and mandrel, install two cable sheave bushings (2) into two cable sheaves (1).

3.

Align two cable sheave thrust washers (3) and spacer (18) with holes in inner boom (9) and install

with cable sheave pin (15) and new cotter pin (6).

4.

Install grease fitting (16) in cable sheave pin (15).

5.

Position two spacers (4) to inner boom (9) and install with two screws (17) and new locknuts (6).

6.

Using arbor press and mandrel, install two crane sheave bearings (11) into crane sheave (12).

7.

Align crane sheave (12) with holes in outer boom (14) and install with crane sheave pin (13) and

new cotter pin (10).

8.

Install boom rollers (para. 4-197).
