Disassembly of output and input bearing caps is the same.

This procedure covers output bearing cap.

Remove bearing cup (2) from bearing cap (1).

NOTE

Step 15 is performed on the output bearing cap only.

Remove output shaft oil seal (3) from bearing cap (1). Discard output shaft oil seal (3).

NOTE

Tag input bearing and output bearing for installation.

Remove input bearing (4) and snapring (6) from output shaft (5). Discard snapring (6).

Remove output shaft (5) from PTO housing (8). Spacer (7) and output gear (10) will slide off output

shaft (5) when removed.

Remove output bearing (9) from output shaft (5).
