NOTE

Apply lubricating oil to all PTO components during assembly.

Using wood block and hammer, install one bearing cup (2) into output bearing cap (3) and the other

bearing cup (2) into input bearing cap (1).

Place PTO housing (7) on workbench with PTO-to-transmission flange (12) facing you. Ensure mark

on output bearing cap side (8) is to your right.

Place output gear (13) in right side of PTO housing (7). Ensure flat edge of output gear (13) faces

output shaft keyway (11).

Place output shaft (10) through right (output) side (8) of PTO housing (7) and output gear (13).

Slide spacer (6) and new snapring (5) over input side of output shaft (10). Ensure snapring seats in

groove (9).

Install input bearing (4) to input side of output shaft (10) until bottomed at snapring (5).
