Remove all plugs from the fitting ports (10&11) and reconnect all fittings and hydraulic

hoses.

Install lower steering column (1) to input shaft (12). Install bolt (4), Iockwasher (3), and

nut (2) in lower steering column (1). Torque to 35 Ib-ft. (47 N-m).

Top up the fluid in the reservoir and bleed the hydraulic system. (Refer to

TM 9-2320-273-20).

Install left front wheel. Raise the vehicle and remove the jack stands positioned under the

front axle, then lower the vehicle.
