Remove rings, wristwatches, neck chains, and any other jewelry before working

around vehicle.

Jewelry can catch on equipment and cause serious injury.

Jewelry

and tools may short across electrical circuits and cause damage to equipment, or

severe burns or electrical shock to personnel.

Step 9.

Put DRIVER SCENE switch to off position (WP 0004).

Turn Service Drive Lights

Off (TM 9-2320-422-10).

Pull battery disconnect switch to off position (WP 0007).

Remove driver side front light bezel cover (WP 0335).

Disconnect driver side body wire

harness front driver side scene light connector.

With a test lead set, check for 22 to 28

VDC between wire 1696 (black) at driver side body wire harness front driver side scene

light connector, terminal A and a known good ground.

If 22 to 28 VDC are not present, go to Step 12.

Step 10.

Put DRIVER SCENE switch to off position (WP 0004).

Turn Service Drive Lights

Off (TM 9-2320-422-10).

Pull battery disconnect switch to off position (WP 0007).

With

a test lead set, check for continuity across wire 2640 (black) from driver side body wire

harness front driver side scene light connector, terminal B to a known good ground.

If there is no continuity, replace front driver side scene light

assembly (WP 0233).
