Be sure to wear proper eye protection to prevent injury or death.
Be careful when
using high air pressure.
High air pressure can blow out parts, hoses, or debris with
force.
Follow the blow out procedures in WP 0033.
Failure to follow procedures could
cause injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

NOTE
Do not open any valves during this step.
Remove all caps prior to applying air pressure.
Open nozzle on hose reel hose prior to applying air pressure.
Ensure system air pressure is at least 85 PSI (586 kPa) during this procedure.
Valves are open when tabs or yellow paint tabs are aligned with direction of fluid flow.

Step 1.
Connect air hose to PUMP BLOW OUT adapter (WP 0033).
Check if air can be heard
escaping from air line between PUMP BLOW OUT adapter to PUMP BLOW OUT air
supply valve.

If air can be heard escaping from air line, replace PUMP BLOW OUT
adapter air line (WP 0374).

NOTE
Make sure PUMP BLOW OUT air supply valve is closed for this step.
