NOTE

Integrated siren amplifier will produce a faint audible signal which can be heard at siren

control if siren speaker or wiring fails.

Step 8.

Reconnect cab power distribution wire harness siren control MP2 connector. Remove

skid plate grille (WP 0349).

Disconnect main wire harness main 1 connector.

Push

battery disconnect switch to on position (WP 0007). Put EMERG MASTER switch to on

position (WP 0004).

Put siren control selector switch to WAIL, YELP, and HI-LO

(WP 0004). Check if siren output can be heard at siren control.

If siren can be heard at siren control, go to Step 15.
